
Tyler McSwain
SENIOR PLANNER
Tyler McSwain is an exceptionally knowledgeable, creative, and detail-oriented Urban Designer and Planner who has worked in both the private and public sectors for more than five years. His expertise includes research, urban morphology, and urban land-use practices. He has worked on corridor design projects and architectural research, as well as community outreach and engagement for transportation projects throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Region.
In his role as a Senior Planner, Tyler assists with the daily planning and zoning functions for Clayton County and coordinates and directs technical review meetings with different departments to analyze site plans for the county’s upcoming projects. Tyler develops presentations and graphics for the Board of Commissioners along with zoning reports that are presented to numerous Boards.
