Betty Wood

DOCUMENT CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR

As the Document Control Administrator, Betty provides document control services for the DeKalb County Consent Decree Program Team (CDPMT) program. Her responsibilities include coordinating, facilitating, and supporting day-to-day project management activities. She also assists the CDPMT with developing and organizing project files and reports.

Betty’s other responsibilities in DeKalb County include managing all administrative aspects of the county’s Construction Management Team’s projects for wastewater facilities, which include municipal and private clients. She also prepares and processes invoices, set up and organize project files and trains support staff on the Primavera Program, and is responsible for procurement of project field office supplies, distribution and inventory, management of related invoices and timely payments.
